Welcome to Little Letters by Luka! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Our Handmade Products

Every Little Letters by Luka piece is individually designed, cut, stitched and finished by hand on the South Coast of Australia.

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, size, stitching and placement of decorations are to be expected. These little differences are part of what makes every piece unique.

Product photos and digital mock-ups are guides. While every effort is made to create your approved design, the finished product may have small handmade variations.

2. Custom Orders & Payments

All products are made to order and personalised to your chosen colours, themes and details.

Full payment is required when placing an order unless otherwise agreed.

Please double-check all names, spelling, colours and delivery details before submitting your order.

Orders are accepted subject to availability, with limited production spots each month.

3. Design Process & Approval

Once your order is placed, I'll create a digital mock-up of your design for approval.

Small adjustments can be requested before the design is approved.

Once you've approved your mock-up and sewing has begun, further design changes may not be possible.

For designs where creative freedom is requested, I'll use my own style and judgement to bring your ideas to life.

4. Turnaround Times

Every order is handmade from start to finish, so please allow the current turnaround time displayed on our website.

Turnaround times generally begin once your design has been finalised and approved.

These are estimated production times and do not include shipping.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to material availability, illness or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, I'll be in touch.

If you need your order for a particular date, please contact me before purchasing so we can discuss whether it's achievable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are handmade on the South Coast of NSW and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery times depend on the shipping provider and destination. While I take care when packaging every order, postal delays can occasionally occur.

If your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed, please get in touch so I can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

As each piece is personalised and made especially for you, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.

If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Requests will be considered depending on whether design or production has begun.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or significantly different from the agreed design, please contact me with photos so I can help resolve the issue.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your entitlement to a repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Product Safety

Little Letters by Luka products are decorative items only and are not toys.

Some designs contain small embellishments, including beads, sequins, buttons and ribbons, which may present a choking or entanglement hazard.

For safety:

• Keep all products out of reach of babies and young children.

• Do not place products inside cots, bassinets or other sleeping spaces.

• Ensure letters and banners are securely displayed.

• Do not allow children to play with or pull on decorations.

Adult installation and supervision are recommended.

8. Designs & Intellectual Property

All original Little Letters by Luka designs, artwork, photographs, branding and website content remain the property of Little Letters by Luka, subject to applicable intellectual property laws.

Please do not copy, reproduce or use our original designs or photographs for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Each piece is thoughtfully created, and I appreciate your support in respecting the time and creativity that goes into my work.

9. Colours & Materials

I do my best to photograph and represent colours accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

Occasionally, materials or embellishments may become unavailable. If a significant substitution is required, I'll contact you before proceeding.

10. Photography & Social Media

I love sharing the pieces I create!

Photographs of completed products may be used on the Little Letters by Luka website and social media for promotional purposes.

Customer names, personal details and photographs of children will not be shared without appropriate permission.

If you'd prefer your custom design not to be featured, please let me know.

11. Website Information

While every effort is made to keep product descriptions, pricing and availability accurate, occasional errors may occur.

If an error affects your order, I'll contact you to discuss the available options before proceeding.

12. Changes to These Terms

Little Letters by Luka may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The terms applicable to your purchase will be those in effect when your order is placed.
