Every Little Letters by Luka piece is handmade to order here on the South Coast of NSW, then carefully packed for its trip to you.

Where I ship

I currently accept orders within Australia only. International orders aren’t available at this stage.

Making your order

Please check the current turnaround time listed on the website before ordering. This is the time needed to make your piece, with postage time added on top.

For custom designs, making time begins once your design has been finalised and approved.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your location and the postage service selected. Any delivery estimates apply from dispatch, rather than the date you place your order.

If you need your order for a birthday or special occasion, please get in touch before purchasing so I can let you know what’s possible. Choosing express postage won’t shorten the time needed to make your piece.

Please double-check your delivery address and email address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact me as soon as possible so I can update your details before your order is sent.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, hasn’t arrived or arrives damaged, please get in touch with your order number so I can help follow it up.

For damaged items, please keep the packaging and include photos of both the packaging and your item.
